Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Five (5) years of experience in payroll processing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and processes Cape Coral's Citywide, Community Redevelopment Agency and Charter School Authority payroll operations and the associated accounting functions.
  • Processes payroll, coordinates personnel records issues and ensures comprehensive and accurate information.
  • Works collaboratively with departments to ensure that payroll transactions are properly accounted for in accordance with governmental accounting practices and policies and in interpreting procedures, recording and reporting transactions and preparing payroll-related financial records and reports.
