Job Posting: Community Resource Manager North Kern State Prison JC-457173 - Community Resource Manager COMMUNITY RESOURCES MANAGER, DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS $7,116.00 - $10,241.00 per Month Final Filing Date: 12/2/2024 Job Description and Duties Under the administrative direction of the Warden, the Community Resources Manager (CRM), is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the Community Partnership Program between the correctional institution, local community and special interest groups. This specification describes a working supervisor in the specialty of Community Resources which has major responsibilities in identifying, developing, and managing community-related areas and resources to meet institutional and incarcerated persons program needs. Under general direction, Community Resources Managers plan, organize, and direct major programs related to the community which include, but are not limited to volunteer services, grants and donations, incarcerated persons community service projects, Arts in Corrections, incarcerated person/family services, religious programming, and community service projects. Incumbents in this classification work either for a single correctional institution or as a lead in headquarters for a combination of several correctional institutions.
