The Opportunity

The GTM Strategy & Execution team drives GTM execution for the Corporate segment. As the cross-functional squad leaders, this team is responsible for translating sales strategy into execution, and choreographing key activities across sales, finance, marketing, PMM and the rest of the Adobe ecosystem - and is accountable for the business outcomes. The team is also responsible for incubating strategic pipe-gen programs and driving executive communications throughout the org.

What You'll Do

  • Develop strategic GTM initiatives across our Creative Cloud and Document Cloud Growth priorities and drive execution with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build executive level reporting and communication to track progress across our key initiatives
  • Identify gaps and pain-points in our sales motions and incubate strategic pipe-gen programs to improve our GTM execution
  • Optimize the rhythm of the business to improve our operational efficiency

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2025 - June 2026
  • Experience and/or coursework focused in strategy (sales/GTM/product), market and competitive analysis
  • Ability and willingness to work cross-collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing
  • Previous experience working in SaaS or within the technology industry is a plus!
  • Previous background in PMM/GTM and/or Program Management certifications is a plus!
  • Knowledge and/or experience using Adobe tools is a plus
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $37.00 -- $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
