Clemens office 2 days a week, and work from home 3 days a week. Legal Support Supervisor - AAA/The Auto Club Group What you will do: Reports to: Legal Operations Manager The Legal Support Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Legal Assistants (Legal Secretaries) and/or Paralegals, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. This role involves training and developing staff, managing performance, counseling, discipline and implementing process improvements. The supervisor also facilitates communication and collaboration between internal teams, clients and external partners. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):
Supervisory Responsibilities: Legal Assistants, as assigned. Train and develop, coach and counsel assigned staff in accordance with Human Resource policies and procedures. Participate in selection and hiring processes. How you will benefit:
