Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Associate to join our FastPort business venture team. This role is crucial for leading and executing business operational planning to achieve key goals. The Operations Associate will play a key role in implementing operational strategies that drive our business success. Additionally, you will lead the planning and execution of logistics and customer events, including webinars, workshops, product launches, and showcases.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Business Operations, Customer Success, and Growth teams, as well as other cross-functional teams, to align business development efforts with our overall growth strategies. You will also analyze trends and provide actionable insights to the Head of Operations, Customer Success, and other stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making and shaping the strategic direction of the business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of the detailed business strategies, forecasts and models to inform production, operational plans, and execute to achieve business goals.
  • Accountable for the development and execution, and tracking of key business operations performance KPIs and metrics
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead the planning and execution of logistics, and customer events, including webinars, workshops, product launches, showcases.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Business Operations, Customer Success, and Growth teams (and other cross-functional teams) to align business development efforts with execution of overall growth strategies.
  • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to the Head of Operations, Customer Success and other stakeholders.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in business or other relevant program, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, event planning, with a proven track record of successful project execution and data analysis.
  • 3+ years with specific B2B context
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and experience with dashboard creation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated excellent critical thinking, business judgement, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Strong initiative to align the strategy with wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of resource management
  • Experience in micromobility, shared mobility, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, products, and technology
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all disciplines associated with Auto Research, Development, Sales, and Manufacturing
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in business strategy to help business partners communicate solution value to key stakeholders.
  • Start-up environment experience is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for networking events, conferences, and trade shows, and business activities, etc.
