Job Description Summary The Sr. Manager, HRIS & Workday Optimization oversees transformational efforts of Workday. This includes focus on North America operations, as well as the U.K., Canada and other countries as necessary. The Sr. Manager, HRIS & Workday Optimization reports to the Global Director of HRIS and leads a team including the Manager, HRIS Production Support, Data Management Specialist, Business Analysts, Data Management and Reporting Manager, and an HRIS Program Specialist. This role will serve as the primary leader to create and deliver plans and roadmaps for Workday system improvement and remediation to better serve the needs of the business - ultimately optimizing Workday for users, HR and the business. The areas of focus include, but are not limited to the following: reconfiguring organizational structure, security architecture, and foundational aspects of Workday (HCM module for example); managing system enhancements (once current state is stable); plans to implement new system capabilities (once current state is stable); define and make usable analytics and dashboards to foster improved business decisions and; overall improving the employee and manager user experience. This role partners across HR and HRIS leaders to develop solutions that improve and deliver upon an optimized Workday platform. Position Responsibilities:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
