Valiant is seeking a Mobilization Security Specialist to join our Mobilization team. In this role, you will assist in processing personnel for deployment and overseeing the security vetting process. This position reports directly to the Mobilization Director. Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assist with processing candidates pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment to ensure they complete the security vetting process following the U.S CENTCOM CLIPSO process and Valiant security.
- Make phone calls, respond to emails and other inquiries, and maintain a superb customer service attitude.
- Create and save documents in the designated folder as required. Maintain confidential personal information.
- Attention to detail and professionalism in a fast-paced working environment are necessary.
- Managing priorities, time, schedule, and follow-up with the candidates is essential.
- Due to candidates located worldwide in a different time zone, flexibility to work after hours and at the weekend, as needed, to meet deadlines.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring security policies and procedures.
- Prepare to deploy personnel for security-related actions such as (CI, POLY, and ESP)
- Assist personnel with completing CI and SF86 packets.
- Schedule meetings with the personnel and conduct briefings to ensure understanding of the process and procedures.
- Flexible to assist the Mobilization Department with any other tasks related to the deployment and redeployment of personnel.
- The ability to use the Microsoft Office suite is a must.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Ability to sit and work in an office environment for 8 hours.
- This position is not remote, ability work in the office is required.

- Must have administrative experience.
- Security clearance preferred or ability to obtain.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Bachelor's Degree or -1-2 years' experience in security clearance related skills.
- Knowledge, experience, and understanding of both the DCSA, DoD, DoD community to effectively perform duties.
- Understanding DoD and DoS Contractor security clearance knowledge preferred but not required.
- Effectively communicate at all levels of the company and the government
- Strong interpersonal skills, work independently and the ability to work with a team, possess a positive attitude to do what it takes to meet the mission.
- Working knowledge with ACCS, DISS, NISS, e-QIP, and SIMS experience is a plus but not required.
