Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a highly motivated Vice President (VP), Talent Acquisition (TA) who will be responsible for delivering a robust talent acquisition program that serves to attract top talent to deliver on our company's critical missions. This VP role is a member of Peraton's Human Resources Leadership Team and plays a pivotal role in the delivery of our corporate people strategy.

As the VP, Talent Acquisition, you serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the company to implement innovative recruiting strategies for our programs, new business, and proposal pursuits. The VP, Talent Acquisition leads recruiting, sourcing, operations, recruitment marketing, and talent advisory staff across our citizen security and public services, defense and health mission, cyber mission, and space and intelligence disciplines.

The VP, Talent Acquisition ensures first and foremost that our Talent Acquisition organization operates as a collaborative partner to our client delivery teams to empower the execution of our business and optimize growth. This leadership role is expected to bring to bear data-driven approaches that yield innovative workforce planning strategies. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, leading by example. The position requires the ability to adjust to new and evolving requirements within a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. The qualified executive will possess a wide breadth of demonstrated business, financial, and management skills.



Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent years' experience
  • 18+ years of experience in key contributor and leadership roles in talent acquisition and/or related disciplines at organizations of relevant scale ($3B+)
  • Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive and data-driven talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent, empower the business and enable growth
  • Demonstrated ability to drive stellar team collaboration and cultivate bold ideas to deliver innovative talent acquisition programs and prioritize initiatives in line with corporate strategies
  • Ability to execute recruiting programs, with an emphasis on the role of the recruiter as an advisor to the business
  • Ability to oversee day-to-day operations, leveraging data to continuously pivot to ensure best results in attracting and hiring top talent
  • Demonstrated ability to bring innovation to requisition and candidate matching, referral programs, diverse sourcing, recruitment marketing, and social media
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate a strong employee value proposition into recruiting processes and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to create an exceptional candidate experience
  • Establish and maintain recruiting policies and procedures to ensure alignment with Federal, state, contractual, and Peraton requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and manage budgets while ensuring high return on corporate investment
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with executives throughout the organization, ensuring support for strategic initiatives
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance

Target Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
