Position Summary The HR Support & Benefits Coordinator will perform a variety of confidential, administrative, and clerical tasks to support the overall operations of the Human Resources Department. The coordinator performs benefit coordination including all processes related to employee benefits enrollment, maintains and tracks COBRA events, invoicing, payments and reconciliations. The coordinator will also administer and track Workers Compensation, OSHA 300 reporting and other compliance reports as required.
