Salary Range

Base Salary: $52,960.65 - $61,322.85/annually

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Position Summary

The HR Support & Benefits Coordinator will perform a variety of confidential, administrative, and clerical tasks to support the overall operations of the Human Resources Department. The coordinator performs benefit coordination including all processes related to employee benefits enrollment, maintains and tracks COBRA events, invoicing, payments and reconciliations. The coordinator will also administer and track Workers Compensation, OSHA 300 reporting and other compliance reports as required. Minimum Qualifications



  • Associate's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Two (2) or more years of benefits administration experience.
  • Two (2) or more years of administrative support experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Understanding and knowledge of benefits terminology and coverages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time management skills


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience using Paycom (HRIS)
