Product Manager - Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Product Manager with our industry-leading client in McLean, VA. This role is hybrid requiring 3 days on-site.

Rate: $80 - $85 / hr. w2

• Lead sourcing and synthesis of customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs and drive the long-term vision for the product.
• Own and prioritize the long-term (12-18 months) product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team.
• Define KPIs for the product and be responsible for measuring and tracking these metrics, adjusting the roadmap as necessary.
• Maintain an end-to-end understanding of the product and its fit within the larger ecosystem to anticipate impacts from changes in other business areas.
• Collaborate with tech leadership and architecture to understand technical tradeoffs and their impact on customer experience.
• Rally teams and senior stakeholders to the product vision, leveraging relationships to align and influence prioritization across partner teams.
• Attract and retain top talent, mentoring and developing associates in their product careers.

• At least 3 years of product management experience or equivalent experience in related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile product management is preferred.
