JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for overseeing the entire IT support function, managing a team of IT support professionals, and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of IT support services to our organization.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • A working knowledge of IT at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in computer science, information technology (IT) or related field; and
  • Ten years' experience implementing IT support services and utilizing IT service management tools and frameworks, exhibiting leadership and management skills.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Leads and manages a team of IT support professionals, including helpdesk technicians, IT support specialists and IT generalists. Provides mentorship and leadership to ensure high quality customer service.
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the IT service desk, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues and user support requests. Implements best practices for incident management, problem resolution, and request fulfillment.
  • Oversees management of user facing devices include workstations and mobile devices.
  • Manages the inventory and lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses. Implements asset tracking and monitoring processes to optimize asset utilization and reduce costs.
  • Ensures a seamless and responsive support experience for end-users, addressing hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing technical guidance. Implements self-service options and knowledge bases to empower end-users.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and service enhancements. Regularly assesses and updates IT support practices and procedures to meet evolving user needs and technology trends.
  • Facilitates change management processes related to IT support services, ensuring that changes are well-documented, communicated, and effectively implemented.
  • Monitors user satisfaction and feedback regarding IT support services. Implements measures to address user concerns and improve service quality.
  • Provides regular reports to senior management on the performance of IT support services, including metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service quality indicators.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies, tools, and solutions that can enhance IT support capabilities and improve user experience.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE


  • Salary range $164,720 - $205,900.
  • Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 50% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


  • This position is required to be on-site at Everus' corporate location in Bismarck, ND or at an Everus operating company location. Hybrid option may be considered.
  • Travel requirements: Moderate up to 25% including in-state and out-of-state by car and/or plan with overnight stays.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
  • May be required to maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Background check, MVR and drug screen may be required.
