The Role: The Manufacturing Technician II will be responsible for performing tasks related to sustaining production in the E-Chuck product line. This will include, but not limited to, coating/building semiconductor parts to engineering and quality specifications, as well as keep up with the upkeep and initial trouble shooting of all equipment in the cell. This position is expected to always operate in a safe manner and comply with all applicable work instructions. We are looking for an individual who can perform tasks with minimal supervision, has good communication and strong organizational skills along with 1-2 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience and/or SAP and SPC experience. This position will be a 1st shift role, Monday-Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm. What You'll Do: * Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements. * Set up, inspect, test, and coat Ceramics. * Use visual and metrology inspection process to move material in the production line. * Perform cleaning and maintenance of parts equipment and fixtures. * Perform initial troubleshooting on equipment. * Adhere to internal protocols, engineering drawings and SOPs. * Have advanced grasp of SAP and CAMLINE to confirm and move your daily work. * Maintain accurate and clear documentation of manufacturing being carried out in accordance with Entegris quality systems. * Identify discrepant material and move them to materials requisition board. * Work in a cleanroom following correct protocols and PPE. * Actively support the organization's efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans. * Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills. * Work with IPA/Acetone/Blue Epoxy and other hazardous chemicals with the correct PPE. * Be able to lift 40 pounds without assistance. What We Seek: * HS diploma + 3 years manufacturing experience or * Associate/technical degree + 2 years of manufacturing experience * Ability to work with chemicals like IPA, acetone, and other hazardous process specific chemicals with correct PPE. * Ability to work in a clean room wearing correct PPE. * Communicate and write in English fluently. * Advanced SAP SPC and other system skills * Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. * High degree of discipline, responsibility, team spirit and manufacturing acumen * Understand concepts of work orders, material movement and responsible material handling * Ability to lift and/or move up to 40lbs daily. * Ability to climb ladders and be on your feet for extended periods of time. * Focus on attention to detail to drive plant safety and product quality. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. * Dependability and flexibility to work over-time and weekends to support business needs.
