Job Description:

The QA SAP Specialist provides support/oversight for the quality related SAP modules. These modules include Material Numbers, Inspection Plans (Specifications), Sampling (Draws and Plans), Dynamic Modification Rules (DMR - Skip lot testing), Notifications (ZD, ZO, ZN, etc), BOM (Bill of Materials) and Recipes.

1. Ensure Material numbers and Inspection plans are configured correctly before releasing for use
2. Create/Assign Sampling draws and plans to materials as required
3. Ensure the correct DMR's are assigned to materials that qualify for skip lot testing
4. Oversee all notification types for deviations, product holds and general change requests
5. Recognize/partner/oversee process improvement projects and/or SAP changes/upgrades
6. Review and approve new BOM's and Recipes
7. Create/oversee/provide quality metric reports for SAP batches and raw materials
8. Assist in training of QA Release coordinators with SAP functionality
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required OR 7 years' experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience required, (5 years preferred) of pharmaceutical regulated industry. In-depth experience with SAP can be used in lieu of pharmaceutical experience.
• FDA Regulated Industry experience required.
• In-depth proficiency of SAP T-codes and functionality preferred.
• High computer aptitude, proficiency in TrackWise and Master Control (SOP and SPEC revisions), and Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

• Hiring Wage: $67,725 - $83,300 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. See full list of benefits below for our complete compensation package.
