Job Duties
- Captures, organizes, and maintains knowledge related to program solutions, technical expertise, user support, training materials, data management, reporting processes, SharePoint site administration, quality assurance protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Develops and updates documentation, manuals, guides, and training materials to support users and stakeholders in utilizing program solutions effectively.
- Provides technical expertise and support to users, troubleshoots issues, and delivers training sessions as needed.
- Manages and maintains data repositories, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Conducts quality assurance checks on program solutions, documentation, and processes to ensure compliance with university standards and regulatory requirements.
- Fosters a culture of collaboration and communication within the Program Solutions Administration team and across relevant stakeholders.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, Communication, Library Science, or related field.
- 1+ years experience with online learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and educational technologies used in online and hybrid learning environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in program solutions, data management, Sharepoint administration, and user support/training.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and compliance standards in higher education.
