Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our security business unit. The Program Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. The Program Manager will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of the company's goals and vision. The Program Manager will be needed on a wide variety of projects within the company.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Individual should possess experience in the customers involvement pertaining to developing, identifying change management to support integration of M&A
  • Will manage a team of project managers/ coordinators
  • Be an account level escalation resource for the service desk, engineers, and NOC teams
  • Review and provide feedback of documentation associated with processes and procedures (run books)
  • Continue to develop professional skills in the information systems fields through trade magazines, manuals, seminars, and courses. Assist in training staff
  • Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement within the manage services offering; recommend prioritized enhancements and oversee implementation
  • Develop processes including the development and measurement of KPI's
  • Ensure that systemic issues have appropriate resolution paths
  • Identify and document root cause for priority issues utilizing Problem Management
  • Generate key reports for management including but not limited to: SLA, Cybersecurity, Assessments, AV coverage, system patching, web filtering, backups, and restore testing
  • Manages all dedicated resources assigned to the client
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned
  • Is subject to on-call 24 hours, 7 days a week


Basic Qualifications:



  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Must have at least 8 years of experience as a Service Desk Analyst on a multiple client Service Desk
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
