PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Blacksburg , VA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Verify previous operation and own work completed per engineering drawings, planning and other work instructions (Operational Method Sheet, Visual Work Instructions, Manufacturing Instructions, PS Workmanship Standards)
• Complete basic operations using all needed manufacturing documentation.
• Correctly store, clean and maintain tools, equipment and chemicals verify calibration dates and seals.
• Complete paperwork required for each part accurately & legibly.
• Perform minor rework per Std.
• Rework Procedures.
• QHT Instructions, or rework router.
• Assist in training / cross-training of others.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Process.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $16.28 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week (1^st shift)

Length: Contract (7 Months)

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Winterm/Connect to access documents and check revisions.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in QHT Workflow.

• Able to do math.
• Able to pay attention to details and work with small parts.
• Able to understand and review paperwork and blueprints.
• Able to use basic computer equipment.
• Able to use standard inspection tools.

Additional Information:
