- Looking for a Senior Staff Integrated Program Planner (mid-career level) to join our mission supporting our Commercial Civil Space (CCS) line of business.
- Partner with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
- Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules, which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources needed to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
- Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
- Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.
- Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.
- Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the program planning integrator.
- Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
- Devices modelling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline and to perform schedule risk assessments.
- Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Planning/scheduling
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Earned Value Management
- Minimum of 4 years experience with Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan, Acumen, and One Pager Pro
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft/satellite program
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Program Performance Management Process
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Prior team lead experience
- Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses
- Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
