Overview Planned Systems International (PSI), a Government Contractor, has an immediate opportunity available for a Test Engineer to provide software test engineering and integration/interoperability support for the Veterans Affairs (VA) Enterprise Testing Service Support Services (ETSSS) contract. The interoperability objective is to support improved interoperability within and between systems of care to help address VA's health care priorities. This includes contributing to and supporting the overall performance and success of the project including, but not limited to: Design, implement, and conduct test and evaluation procedures to ensure health information technology system requirements are met. Determines operational feasibility by evaluating requirements and test results. Document and demonstrate knowledge of solutions by developing documentation, reviewing test plans, developing test cases, and entering test findings when appropriate. Reviews solution documentation and system design specifications. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. Candidate will be able to collaborate and actively participate in meetings with stakeholders, other engineers, and Subject Matter Experts. Various applications supported include, but are not limited to, VistA legacy, Cerner Millennium, COTS/GOTS integration with VistA legacy and others. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
