Shipping and Receiving Clerk essential tasks: The role involves researching and ordering parts for mechanics and customers, verifying accurate billing for work orders, and maintaining parts inventory in the warehouse and technician vans. Responsibilities include processing electronic invoices, handling parts returns, and providing backorder updates to service teams and customers. The position also assists with accounts receivable collections, receives and processes incoming parts, and manages shipping of parts and related documents.
