RN Manager - Care Management - Days

The Manager Case Management department provides operational leadership to the case management department by developing, interpreting and applying policies, case management criteria and strategies to ensure fiscally responsible care management of patients. • RN Oklahoma license or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Previous work experience in hospital case management preferred
• Previous work experience utilizing nationally recognized Level of Care Criteria Sets preferred
• Diabetic Educator certification preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
