Position Description
Title: Vehicle Inventory Specialist
Reports to: New Coach Manager
Scope: The Vehicle Inventory Specialist will handle the onsite motorcoach organization, including vehicle check ins, factory option verification, moving of motorcoaches, charging of motorcoaches, as well as offsite organization of motorcoaches including but not limited to new vehicle collections.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead driver group on vehicle collections
- Check in vehicles on site for defects, checking for correct factory installed options
- Perform general vehicle inspections for cleanliness
- Assist with customer pickups and drop offs as needed
- Upload delivery photos and keep organized
- Assist with shop tasks as needed
- Assist with vehicle test drives as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A self-starting individual with a strong work ethic
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to prioritize many duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based programs
- CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement

- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to be flexible and easily adapt to change and shifts in priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the company, its customers, and vendors
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures, and follow directions
- Able to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
Physical Demands:
- Move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Bend, stoop, squat and lift infrequently
- Work in an outside environment as needed
