Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Work Environment and Physical Activities

• This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to be insured under our company's insurance policy.
