To learn more about fairlife and its complete line of products, please visit fairlife.com. job purpose: The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will lead development of supply chain problem solving tools, data analytics, and reporting to enable fact-based decision making within all functions of supply chain with a focus on improving efficiency and quality, whilst reducing cost of operations and waste. Additionally, this role will focus on onboarding, implementing, and maintaining key supply chain systems and master data as needed. responsibilities: Generate problem solving tools, reports, and ad-hoc analysis to solve key issues within supply chain Support long-range planning (LRP) activities with capacity and network modeling. Monitor supply chain trends and activity, proactively identifying opportunities to improve operations within supply chain Actively participate in the development of supply chain processes and recommend process improvements Partner with the Data and Decision Intelligence team to incorporate new data sources, measures, metrics and reporting Design strategic models for network optimization and greenfield analyses to support current and future fairlife growth and capacity footprint Actively participate in implementation and administration of supply chain systems (Anaplan or similar systems) Apply problem solving skills and execute solutions to difficult problems independently Support master data management and actively identify improvements Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives skills/qualifications required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science or related discipline Previous experience in Supply Chain or Operations role preferred 3+ years in a similar role Experience with business intelligence visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau Advanced excel scenario modeling Data modeling capabilities and experience with star schema methodology and development Familiarity with ERP systems & included business processes (NetSuite & Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) Experience with Supply Chain Systems (preferably Anaplan) Network Design/Optimization experience strongly preferred (including systems like Llamasoft/Supply Chain Guru, Lyric) Understanding knowledge of DAX and SQL strongly preferred Detail oriented to ensure data integrity and accuracy Highly motivated self-starter with a growth mindset position Location: Chicago, IL reports to: Manager, Supply Chain Analytics travel: 10% to primary production sites (Goodyear, AZ and Coopersville, MI) fairlife, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
