Our team is looking for you, a motivated system engineer with MBSE and modeling experience with a strong desire to create systems supporting senior level government directors for ground enterprise solutions in the IC and DoD.

This program provides SETA (Systems Engineering Technical Advisor) & SE&I (Systems Engineering & Integration) services to an IC customer with a focus on acquisition and operations of a complex mission system and supporting IT infrastructure. The contract support is part of the customer core team focused on all aspects of the systems life cycle including CONOPS development, capturing requirements, working with developers to deliver capability, testing to ensure capabilities meet requirements, transition to operations and operations support. The program also supports innovations/technology development, provides acquisition and project management support to government program managers and IT information assurance security support.

The selected candidate will have frequent client interactions, and support system and mission strategy development across the various ground offices. The candidate will have daily interaction with the customer and supporting contractors and will need to follow customer standards and processes as the program matures through the life cycle. Candidate will interact with multiple Acquisition Offices (AOs) and support technical consultation, meeting coordination, and support to recommendation briefings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Integrate new systems and initiatives in support of customer/mission partner requirements and work directly with our developers and users in operations
  • Experience with Agile process and deliveries of new capabilities
  • Experience with MBSE and related concepts
  • Experience modeling GEOINT/SIGINT/Multi INT Systems and developing architecture diagrams
  • Experience/Certifications with Modeling software
  • Translating complex, technical findings into a narrative (e.g., tell a story with the information) in graphical, verbal, or written form
  • Ability to assist in preparation of presentations and reports
  • Monitor system and segment schedules, recognize dependencies
  • Aiding in meeting facilitation and information sessions
  • Candidate will be required to sign and adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreement(s) and (2) Confidential Agreement and Conflict of Interest Certification

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires a technical degree: 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD
  • Possess and Maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
  • Intelligence Community experience and work history
  • MBSE experience
  • Experience developing technical modeling diagrams
  • Experience/Certifications with architecture modeling software
  • Strong project management skills and ability to concisely brief project status to senior leadership
  • Apply Agile principles to management of a government/contractor development team working disparate projects
  • Expected to create/brief packages which include technical requirements, implementation plan, risks and success criteria
  • Apply Agile principles to management of a government/contractor software development team working disparate projects
  • Excellent communication skills, multi-task and lead several projects simultaneously
