In the Project Manager II- ASG position, you'll lead the organization, planning, coordination, and tracking of assigned projects that engage multiple Technology and business teams. These projects include the deployment of third-party solutions, managing the full lifecycle of our data and reporting environment, and supporting smaller client initiatives. The results of your work will be essential to both our internal operations and the success of our external customer partnerships.

What You'll Do and Impact:
Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resources, and communication for up to five high-visibility projects, ensuring successful project outcomes. Plan and coordinate project activities, define deliverables and timelines, track progress, and remove or raise visibility to roadblocks. Address and resolve challenges, guiding the team through technical decisions and maintaining focus on project goals. Communicate project status, risks, and proposed solutions to stakeholders, with support from project sponsors as needed. Oversee and communicate impacts of project changes on scope, schedule, and cost. Introduce enhancements to project planning, execution, reporting, and portfolio management. Partner with business lines to drive technology-based innovations, implementations, and lifecycle support. Lead cross-functional project kick-offs, setting scopes, plans, and timelines to align with strategic goals. Monitor and address potential risks, making necessary adjustments to stay on time and within budget. Identify out-of-scope items, submitting recommendations for changes as needed. Report progress and challenges to cross-functional leadership and drive team accountability. Recommend technologies that accelerate timelines and boost ROI, enhancing project efficiency.
