Job Description:
The Bank is looking for an experienced Paralegal for our Legal team to work closely with attorneys and other legal team members to support the Bank. The primary responsibility for this role will be to provide support by handling various legal assignments for internal Bank business units, along with the Legal team attorneys and other team members, with emphasis on handling moderately complex projects with minimal supervision. Applicants must be able to provide analysis and resolution of internal issues, conduct legal research, and provide technical support for attorneys and business units.
