Posting Summary |
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Support Service Coordinator for Off-Campus Centers. Reporting to the Manager of Academic Programs, the Support Service Coordinator will provide (part-time) administrative and student support and program coordination for student-related activities and events for the Rutgers University Statewide site located at Mercer County Community College.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Serves as the program and student informational liaison, maintaining student data files, generating and reviewing reports (e.g., student enrollment, course offerings, rosters, etc.).
- Supports social media efforts (e.g., website, Facebook, etc.) for the Statewide Mercer County Community College location, and provides CRM support.
- Assists in providing facilities support, which may include but is not limited to, room scheduling, assigning and providing necessary equipment, coordinating with facilities management (e.g., reporting maintenance requests, repairs, etc.) and providing basic tech support.
- Assists students with successfully completing the enrollment process to the Statewide Mercer location.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Two (2) years of experience in administrative and program support.

Certifications/Licenses |
- A valid driver's license would be required for this position; Use of personal vehicle in order to travel for business demands.

Preferred Qualifications |
- Previous experience working in higher education.

- This position is located off-site at Mercer County Community College (West Windsor, NJ).
- Ability to lift 25lbs.
