We are seeking a dedicated Metal Worker to join our team, where integrity, quality, innovation, customer focus, and pride & passion are at the core of everything we do. 2nd Shift 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM MON-FRI Responsibilities: Assist in the repair process and production of manufactured parts of exceptional quality. Blend surfaces and apply or remove excess material with hand tools or machinery. Set up and use various machines, fixtures, and tools. Modify parts to specifications. Mix production materials. Follow production specifications to ensure the highest quality standards. Embrace and implement continuous improvement and lean principles in all activities. Maintain department safety and housekeeping standards. Ensure compliance with the Quality Control Manual (QCM). Be aware of ISO - Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements. Ensure compliance with Company RSM and ISO/TCS quality requirements. Adhere to all Company health, safety, and environmental policies while performing job duties. Promote and adhere to the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Perform other tasks in the facility as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years relevant experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse operations High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous metal working experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Proficiency in using handheld measuring tools.
