Job Summary:
The UW Carbone Cancer Center's Clinical Research Finance Office (CRFO) is looking for a Clinical Trials Accountant to join our team! This position will be responsible for managing accounts for multiple Disease Oriented Teams throughout the account lifecycle, including intake of new accounts, ongoing invoice generation and follow-up, revenue/expense review & reconciliation, and account closure at the end of the study. Responsibilities: Works directly with principal investigator and research staff to budget, monitor expenditures, and reconcile financial data for sponsored programs. May directly process and/or approve accounting transactions such as cost transfers, procurement, sub award management, and financial processing related to sponsored project management. May review and approve transactions on behalf of an intermediate unit or center.
