The Controls Superintendent will work within the Data Center vertical of the business, and is responsible for leading and coordinating daily onsite, unit level, BMS and EPMS controls system within data center projects. This role acts as the primary onsite authority, managing a team of on-site Controls Technicians and Engineers, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring all work carried out aligns with project goals. This role will coordinate resources, schedules, team meetings, and serve as the central point of contact for technical issues onsite. They will also train and develop Controls Technicians and communicate with all stakeholders, including customers. Key Responsibilities
