  • Estimated annual base pay: $ 104,880.00 - $131,00.00 (midpoint) - $157,320.00

Are you ready to make your mark?If you're an SAP ERP MM/PP Analyst , we have an exciting opportunity for you.The role Analyzes business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective software solution. This can involve working with management and key users to recognize and identify business opportunities. Solutions may require changes to existing systems, selection and integration of third party solutions or implementation of existing features of current system.Direct project team of developers, analysts and users, including multiple locations, for development ofbusiness systems.Analyst must maintain a total Woodward perspective when selecting a solution and collaborate and drive to common business processes across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Implement the transition to S/4 HANA from legacy ERP systems.

  • Primary responsibility is analyzing business processes, recommending process and system improvements, and designing the business system

  • Act as a liaison to users implementing software solutions, participating in selection, evaluation, implementation, and ongoing support

  • Support Power User Network by leading Process Owner meetings to obtain direction and priorities, facilitating power user network meetings across multiple locations, coordinating training, resolving integration issues, software testing, and maintaining or preparing documentation.

  • Create and manage project plans and budgets. Team project lead over multi-site business development projects.

  • Provide technical leadership by staying abreast of new technologies and recommending methods of applying them to business opportunities.

  • Act as a change agent within the business for adoption of process and/or IT system changes, and lead efforts in implementing those changes.

  • Review system specifications for completeness and accuracy to ensure adequate information and justification are provided, and lead effort to assure specifications are complete.

  • Actively pursue new system technologies and solutions and apply them to business opportunities

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts preferred

  • 2-5 yearsfunctional module experience. Functional module would be area like Sales, Finance,Purchasing, etc.

  • 2-5 yearsexperience with detailing program specifications and testing programs

  • 2-5 yearsexperience with giving direction to IT individuals and users

  • 2-5 yearsexperience implementing process and system changes where existing processes are in place
