Description and Requirements As the Director, Solutions and Services Group, (SSG), International Sales Strategy & PMO, you will be a critical member of the SSG International Sales leadership team and report directly to our Senior Vice President & General Manager, SSG International Sales. This role will work closely to develop and implement the global sales strategy with a focus on the voice of the customer and crafting strategies for long-term sales growth. This role will oversee the Chief of Staff and Project Management Office to ensure all sales projects align with the Must-Win Battles and KPIs. This is a highly strategic and high-exposure position with regular interface with the SSG Offering GMs, SSG COO, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support the implementation of these strategies. As part of the SVP's 'trusted counsel', the role requires strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning:

Position Requirements:
The base salary range budgeted for this position in CA, CO, Jersey City - NJ, NV, Ithaca - NY, NYC, WA, is $200k - $250k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
