Position Purpose |
Supports and contributes to the business development and marketing funnel strategies for the Tuck School's executive education and related non-degree business education offerings through data management, analysis, in reporting in accordance with the School's mission, strategy, and institutional priorities. |
Description |
The Tuck School of Business seeks an organized, detail- and process-oriented colleague with strong data management skills and aptitude and an interest in sales, marketing, and professional education. You will provide a high level of administrative, data management, analytics, and sales support for our business development team by managing and analyzing sales and pipeline data and executing data management projects. Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp |
Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience |
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities |
- 2-3 years of relevant business experience, including some experience and demonstrated skills in data management and data analysis
- Strong proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to quickly master new technologies through formal training and self-guided learning; knowledge of or interest in learning and developing expertise with automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Prior experience with CRMs, such as Salesforce, and using CRM data analytics and reporting tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and information accuracy
- Research and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret business and financial data, and strong writing skills to present concise and informative reports and analysis
- High level of initiative and proactive follow-through in organizing and executing work and managing and coordinating multiple projects with others
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team environment
- Ability to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community
- Ability to proactively identify and pursue relevant learning and professional development opportunities and apply new knowledge, insights, and skills to enhance results.

Key Accountabilities
Description |
Systems Database Management: Develops and applies data management skills to maintain Tuck Executive Education's
CRM (Salesforce). Manages client and prospect data, ensures accuracy of data and timely entry of contact activities and notes, and ensures and monitors data integrity in accordance with data governance and hygiene processes. Monitors workflows ensuring effectiveness of automated functions, perform extractions, and troubleshoot back-end configurations to support flow processes. Handle request intake and discussions with stakeholders, conducting research, preparation, testing, and collaborating with consultants as needed. Research updates and external app/integrations, and conduct general product research, including various configuration options, field/object uses, and accessories. Your expertise will ensure that our systems run smoothly and efficiently, meeting the needs of our stakeholders. |

Data Analytics and Reporting: Supports business development team by analyzing and reporting on data to inform business decisions and contribute to a metric-driven approach to meet business development goals. Prepares and presents data reporting and analysis to inform prospect pool management and discussions. Partners with business development and marketing team members on initiatives that drive data to Salesforce, fulfills data requests, updates and creates reports, templates, and dashboards. |
