Potomac Health Foundation serves the communities in eastern Prince William County, Virginia and adjacent communities in southeast Fairfax and north Stafford Counties. The Foundation makes grants to non-profit organizations toimprove the health of our service area by investing in programs that promote the health of the medically underserved. Job Summary The Grants and Operations Assistant will support and report to the Executive Director to advance Potomac Health Foundation's charitable grantmaking programs within Eastern Prince Willliam County, North Stafford County and Southeastern Fairfax County (Lorton). This position provides an opportunity to experience various aspects of grants administration, foundation operations, and communications. Primary responsibilities include effective grants management support and assistance with grants and funded projects, information management, and reporting.Qualifications: HS - High School Grad or Equivalent (Required) Basic experience of simple office / operational systemsSkills Communication, Critical Thinking, Microsoft Office, Service Orientation, WritingSentara Healthcare prides itself on the diversity and inclusiveness of its close to an almost 30,000-member workforce.
