Job Purpose

The purpose of the Central Sales Team Lead is to assist the General Manager in support of the loan origination and servicing process, support Sales Account Reps performance of duties, act as a SME on RMC products and services and help them learn the finance business, RMC's business practices. The role will prepare them to manage a central team. The Sales Team Lead will perform in accordance with RMC's Mission, Vision, and Shared Values.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Subject matter expert in RMC personal loan product offerings; uses knowledge to present loan solutions to current and potential customers that help them achieve their financial goals.

  • Assist in developing sales strategies to increase centers loan portfolio and enhance growth.

  • Establish and build customer relationships through delivering exceptional service.

  • Utilize RMC account management practices to assist delinquent customers.

  • Complete training program within the time set forth by the Training Department.

  • Complete weekly progress report and work with management to develop, communicate, and track daily/weekly/monthly goals.

  • Report, manage, and maintain central standards on all aspects of leads and applications.

  • Close loans as directed.

  • Process loan product applications.

  • Assist in development of new and existing Sales Reps.

  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

  • Assist sales personnel in setting and accomplishing sales goals

  • Exercises a degree of independent judgment in making decisions affecting loan originations and or servicing

  • Establish and build branch relationships in a partnering way to support enterprise initiatives

  • Recommend and implement process improvements when needed.

  • Fosters an environment of high levels of integrity and ethics are standard

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • 6+ months of customer service experience in either a sales/retail environment or cash management environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.

  • Data entry proficiency.

  • Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

  • Valid Driver's License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.

Preferred Qualification
  • Some college coursework completed.

  • 6+ months of consumer finance experience with exposure to sales and collections.

  • Some leadership experience.

  • Willingness to relocate for career advancement.
