Description: One of TEKsystems' clients, an enterprise organization headquartered in Birmingham, AL and the leader in their respective industry, is looking for a Control Account Manager to join their team in support of their company-wide digital transformation. Our client's digital transformation is in the early stages of a multi-year program and the candidate will be the main internal CAM to support the financials of this digital transformation program. The candidate will use the Earned Value Management System methodology (or similar methodology) for managing and analyzing the budget and costs, etc. Responsibilities will include tracking milestones and milestone payments and invoices, budgeting and tracking finances and traceability to work breakdown structures. This person will analyze the actual costs of work performed versus what was budgeted and use historical and current data to perform predictive analysis. Due to the scale of the company and the multiple LOBs/workstreams that are involved in this program, the ideal candidate would have experience providing cost/budget management at scale and within a digital transformation effort. The candidate will be working with internal leadership and will need to be able to ask questions and also push-back on those respective stakeholders if there's anything that doesn't align properly to expectations. o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
