Job Summary |
To perform assignments, requiring advanced working knowledge of scientific methods in a specific discipline and in such areas as research, design or experimental testing. Responsible for assignments that require the technical knowledge to modify or adapt procedures and to meet special research requirements. Designs, assembles and operates equipment used in research. Performs detailed analyses, tests and operations. May prepare technical reports, computer programs, and project plans. May assist engineers or faculty members with specific phases of research projects. Performs related duties as required. |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
Member of a data science team to assist and lead with management and analyzing a large database consisting of functional images, physical biomarkers, and a host of neurocognitive measures on participants followed longitudinally. Assist with development of indices of brain health through machine learning algorithms and prediction models, as well as compete for funding for novel approaches to brain health models. |
