You and Your Job

As a FEC W&R Transaction Monitoring Team Lead, you will be tasked with leading a team of Transaction Monitoring analysts. The team is responsible for detecting fraudulent activity, suspicious/illegal behaviors and patterns related to financial crime which includes but is not limited to money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, bribery, corruption, terrorism financing, and cybercrime.

As a Team Lead, the incumbent inspires the analysts in their team to get the most out of themselves on a daily basis. Together, the team ensures that we have insight into who our customers are. Through the Team Lead's expertise and enthusiasm, they will take the team to a higher level and keep their focus on continuous improvement. The incumbent is the inspiration for their team. Every day they will know how to challenge their team to do it a step smarter or better.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct enhanced reviews of client transaction and/or behavioral activity detected by the automated transaction monitoring system, manual reports or internal referrals.
• Take a leading and/or guiding role in the strategic approach of a network to be investigated
• Support the team in planning and executing actions that will reduce the financial crime risks of network-related customers
• Continually develop team skills in the areas of transaction monitoring and identifying risks
• Continually seek opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, quality and control of client data
• Effectively manage Analysts' performance and productivity
• Effectively manage team's career growth and aspirations

• A Bachelor's Degree
• Extensive transaction monitoring experience on an investigative tool such as NetReveal, Mantas, Actimize/Fortent/Searchspace
• Experience mentoring and training members of a team
• Ability to travel regionally, up to 15%

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
