Scope of Position: The Kettle Worker is responsible for ringing bells at assigned locations as part of The Salvation Army's Christmas fundraising efforts. The Kettle Worker is the first point of public contact in the Christmas fundraising and must exhibit the highest standards of customer service. A Kettle Worker must greet and interact with the general public in a courteous and friendly manner. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
