Location Designation:Hybrid - 3 days per quarter Information Security: As a member of the Information Security team, you'll be an integral part of New York Life. Role Overview: The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Senior Associate is responsible for the support and maintenance of the IAM tools, proactive identification of issues and collaborating with broader business and technology teams to drive remediation. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, Agile methodology proficiency, excellent communications skills, and business acumen to oversee, guide, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions by multiple teams within the organization. In addition, this team works closely with users requiring support, handles daily tasks & key audit controls. Aside from providing superior end user support, this team is mostly focused on compliance risk which is also a very manually intensive operation. Additionally, this team is highly impacted by other organizational processes (e.g. - cost center changes, re-orgs, etc.) because birthright access and lifecycle management are tightly coupled to our authoritative sources for human capital. The team is connected at the hip with Human Resources and Contingent Worker Office to ensure our many flavors of end users have the right access at the right time. What You'll Do: This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, Agile methodology proficiency, excellent communications skills, and business acumen to oversee, guide, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions by multiple teams within the organization. What You'll Bring: Minimum three years of experience being in lead role that is responsible for the support and operation of IAM environments and IAM security tools. Demonstrated team lead/supervisory experience in a similar capacity may be considered. You will play a crucial role in supporting our IAM initiatives. You will leverage your experience with IAM tools to assist in the implementation, management, and optimization of identity governance solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that access controls are in place and aligned with business requirements and security policies. Required Skills:
