Job Description Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the owner's commissioning team, develop the commissioning program and lead commissioning staff. Participate as integral member of an owner's program and construction management team, being directly responsible for commissioning multiple, interdependent projects of a large scale ($100m+ in value). Work collaboratively with other elements of the owner's team, including project managers, construction managers, project controls, and AOR staff to write, edit, execute, document commissioning activities and testing on assigned projects. Review designer and contractor submittals and perform analysis as needed. Provide owner with summary of commissioning activities and forecast of future testing as needed. Engage in direct discussions with contractor to understand status of systems and schedule to include commissioning testing and closeout. Minimum Qualifications:
A four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred.
Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $175,000.00-$190,500.00 .
