We are looking to hire a Senior Payroll Specialist for our Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Primary Responsibilities Accurately prepare and process payroll on a scheduled basis, including data entry of earnings, deductions, and other payroll changes. Keep and maintain accurate payroll records and documentation in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. Stay updated on changes to tax laws and payroll regulations to maintain compliance. Address payroll-related questions from employees and other departments, providing exceptional customer service. Prepare payroll-related reports for management and ensure proper documentation for audits. Assist with year-end reporting, including W-2 preparation and reconciliation of payroll data. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of payroll or administrative experience. Thrives in a fast paced, diverse team environment.
