Description
LinQuest is seeking a motivated Technical Program Manager (PM) to provide support for the Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management Program Executive Office, Advanced Battle Management System Division, Aerial Networking Branch. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the government with planning, direction, oversight, and technical administration of projects and ensure full compliance with contract requirements and technical traceability for the project lifecycle. This Technical PM will utilize 'agile' development techniques and tools to manage teams of varying program disciplines, independently manage Jira scrum boards, support systems development, integration, verification & validation, and the execution of rapid development into dynamic platform deliveries. This PM also participates in program reviews, supports experimentation events, and readjusts resources and schedules to accomplish programs. This individual will plan and adjust work operations to meet changing and/or emerging program requirements using available resources with minimal impact on work quality or quantity. You will facilitate continuous improvement in the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the services provided and integrate problem resolution into ongoing work without loss of workforce efficiency. In addition, you will demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and may provide consultation on complex proposals, such as technical projects and strategic planning as a top-level contributor/specialist.
