Your job duties: All Medical Assistant duties Responsible for providing technical support to Medical Assistant staff in a clinic site or physician module: training assurance of consistency and standardization of procedures management of day-to-day staff coverage arrangements to ensure excellent patient care staff performance management serve as a mentor to staff Responsible for covering multiple positions and departments, as well as mentoring new and existing staff on clinical processes and procedures Responsible for review of new and existing staff documentation and charge documents for completion and accuracy Practice within the scope of a Medical Assistant and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care Qualifications Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: Certified Medical Assistant or Military Corpsman, plus two years applicable clinical experience. Requires excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, team development, planning and follow-through. Ability to exercise the authority and responsibility for assigned services based on the scope of the organization and complexity of patient care.
