Our sales team is growing over 100% year-over-year, and we're looking for a dynamicSeniorAccount Executive - Social/Insights to fuel this momentum, drive growth, and solidify Semrush's position as the global leader in digital marketing.

As a Senior Account Executive for Social/Insights, you'll own bookings growth, and expand existing relationships. We're seeking a results-oriented self-starter with a proven ability to build pipelines, develop opportunities, and execute strategic account plans.

You'll collaborate with Sales Engineers, SDRs, Business Value Consultants, Leadership, and Channel Development to consistently exceed quotas and drive growth.

Tasks in the role
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans for your territory to meet and exceed quotas through effective prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
  • Manage a Robust Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline, advancing strategic transactions through the sales process.
  • Drive New Growth: Identify and win new business while expanding relationships with mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Deliver Strategic Presentations: Present Semrush solutions in complex environments, aligning value with client needs.
  • Market Insights and Partnerships: Provide feedback on market trends, identify new opportunities, and foster channel partnerships to drive growth.
Who we are looking for
  • 5+ years of dynamic sales experience, with a focus on high-volume outreach
  • 7+ years of overall professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume phone sales, excelling in lead generation
  • Quick to learn and master various tech stacks, adapting swiftly to changes
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with leadership
  • Proficient in CRM systems, digital marketing strategies, and SEO/SEM
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding telephone etiquette
  • A strong growth mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Proven experience in software sales
Not required, but a plus
  • Background in a digital marketing agency, Martech, or SaaS company
  • Experience in cold lead outreach
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing concepts
  • Experience in MarTech and an understanding of consumer behavior
