Senior Sourcing Specialist

You Have:

• 
  Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 
  Experience: 5-10 years of experience in sourcing, project management, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• 
  Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPSM, APICS, or CPP are highly preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Technical knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes, particularly in aerospace.
• Familiarity with AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced data analytical skills to assess supplier cost drivers and identify savings opportunities.
• Negotiation expertise to secure competitive terms with suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning capabilities to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across international time zones as needed.
• Ability to work under pressure, consistently achieving goals and deadlines.

PAY RANGE: ($82K - $90K). Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
