Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in CX-Project Management within the Transportation & Logistics domain. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on driving project success and enhancing customer experience. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project phases are well-defined and achievable. Oversee the execution of project plans ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and any necessary adjustments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices. Support the development and implementation of project management best practices. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Qualifications Possess a strong background in CX-Project Management within the Transportation & Logistics domain. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Display the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in project management practices. Certifications Required PMP Certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent project management certification.
