Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience in Vmware administration and Windows administration. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional to manage and optimize our infrastructure ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the companys success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of Vmware environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide expert support for Windows administration including installation configuration and troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the infrastructure by implementing best practices and regular updates.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
• Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize resource utilization.
• Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues and optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in Vmware administration with hands-on experience in managing virtual environments.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Windows administration including server management and troubleshooting.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Show a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.

Certifications Required

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Microsoft Certified: Windows Server
