We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning estimation tracking time management quality management scope management and Scrum. Additionally experience in product management is essential. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure project success.

Location: Philadelphia - PA (On Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
  • Oversee project estimation processes to provide accurate and realistic timelines and budgets.
  • Provide continuous project tracking to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Implement effective project time management strategies to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  • Ensure high standards of project quality management to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Utilize Scrum methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure all action items are addressed promptly.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong background in project planning estimation tracking time management quality management and scope management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Scrum methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project efficiency.
  • Have extensive experience in product management to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage project tasks and stakeholders.
  • Show ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
  • Display strong problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure all action items are addressed promptly.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to achieve project goals.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Ensure high standards of project quality management to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Implement effective project time management strategies to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  • Provide continuous project tracking to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.

The annual salary for this position is between $102K - $150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
