In this role, you will:




  • Coach the client on OCM best practices, lessons learned, and trends while designing a tailored OCM solution that delivers value to the client and meets the client's needs and expectations.



  • Drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, change communications, organizational readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement.



  • Apply a proactive, flexible, and practical approach to managing the people, process, and technology changes occurring within the client while achieving a project's desired outcomes.



  • Create unmatched experiences, for both clients and employees, is what we do. You should revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others.





Who You Are:




  • Ability to adapt to the client's work environment. Alignment with the client's culture, values, and collaboration styles is a must.



  • Demonstrates the ability to balance driving towards goals with adapting and flexing to client needs (knowing when to meet the client where they are).



  • Problem solver. Clients don't come to us when the problem is easy. You should enjoy taking on the hard stuff.



  • Models how to establish an OCM strategy and program-level plans, provide project oversight, and high-level stakeholder alignment.



  • Ability to be strategic (can plan and set the vision) and tactical (willingness to roll up your sleeves to execute the work).



  • Strong facilitation skills and a proven ability to persuade and influence others (including senior leaders, C-suite executives, and all stakeholder groups) in a positive direction.



  • Facilitates leadership and executive alignment discussions and workshops to understand case for change and connection to business strategy



  • Proven ability to anticipate, plan and lead OCM efforts
